Dipl.-Ing. Michael Kette

Dipl.-Ing. Michael Kette

Since completing his studies in 1991 at the Friedrich List University of Applied Sciences in Dresden, specializing in traffic safety and automation technology, he has been working in the field of signalling technology. Excellent IT skills complement his expertise.

Recognized testing expert for signalling systems, plan review no.: 22/25/1194 by the Federal Railway Authority.

Frank Haubert

Ing. Frank Haubert

Has been working in signal technology since 1978. From vocational training to university studies, he has broad professional experience in various technologies and activities.

Recognized test expert for signal systems, plan review no.: 22/24/1138 by the Federal Railway Authority.

Thomas Freytag

Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Thomas Freytag

Since 2006, he has been involved in the project planning of relay interlocking systems at V+S. In particular, he is the first point of contact for linking conventional interlocking systems with new components.

In 2010, he completed his studies at Wilhelm Büchner University, majoring in electrical engineering with a focus on control and safety technology, and graduated with a degree in engineering (FH).

Anna Nachtigall

Anna Nachtigall

She has been enriching the V+S team as an executive assistant since 2012. In 2013, she completed her business administration studies at the Thuringian Academy of Administration and Economics as a business economist (VWA).

As our company's QM representative, she plays a key role in ensuring high quality standards. In December 2020, Ms. Nachtigall obtained her university certificate from the Wilhelm Büchner University of Applied Sciences in the field of control and safety technology.

Ms. Nachtigall has been an authorized signatory of our company since February 2025.

Toni Justies

Toni Justies

He joined the V+S team in 2016 as a planning engineer for control and safety technology.

In the same year, he completed his studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Erfurt, specializing in industrial engineering for railways, with a Bachelor of Engineering in Railway Engineering.

Mr. Justies specializes in the planning of ESTWs and ETCS.

Steffi Jahn

Steffi Jahn

Ms. Jahn joined our team as a technical employee in 2021.

She has acquired extensive knowledge in the field of CAD-based document creation through her training as a mechanical engineer and many years of professional experience.

This expertise makes her a valuable asset to our project work. She is also responsible for the inventory plan conversion process at our company.

Location Halle (Saale)

The V+S Halle (Saale) branch was integrated as a new location in June 2024. Here, the management and market launch of the expert acceptance LST for the entire Federal Republic of Germany is being developed as part of the overall process. The market competencies DSTW, ESTW, ETCS, and Hitachi track planning technology complement the portfolio.

Christian Gradtke - Standort Halle

Christian Gradtke

Mr. Gradtke joined our team in Halle (Saale) in June 2024. Thanks to his highly efficient knowledge in the areas of DSTW, ESTW, ETCS, and Hitachi track planning techniques, the Halle/Saale branch was able to enter the DB InfraGO AG market with its current performance.

As LST team leader with over 35 years of practical experience, he manages large-scale projects throughout the outdoor area with the assistance of additional external acceptance test assistants.

Sven Faulbaum - Standort Halle

Sven Faulbaum

Mr. Faulbaum has been site manager in Halle (Saale) since June 2024.

Mr. Faulbaum has been working in various roles in the field of control and safety technology for over 45 years.

As an installation manager, commissioning engineer, and ultimately a recognized acceptance tester for signaling systems No. 22/21/1073 by the Federal Railway Authority, he has unique expertise in the areas of DSTW, ESTW, ETCS, and Hitachi track planning technologies.

Frank Lemser

Mr. Lemser joined our team in Halle (Saale) in June 2024, complementing the team as an acceptance test assistant specializing in DSTW/ESTW (outdoor installations).

His more than 15 years of experience in various signal construction companies complement the specialist profiles for the above-mentioned technical specializations.

Steve Damsch - Standort Halle

Steve Damsch

Mr. Damsch joined our team in Halle (Saale) in June 2024, complementing the acceptance team as an acceptance test assistant specializing in DSTW/ESTW (outdoor installations).

With over 15 years of experience in various signal construction companies, he complements the team's technical expertise, independently and reliably solving interdisciplinary tasks in a professional manner.
